 Jack Stromfeld, U.S. Director
of Neve
Michael Children's Village, on a
visit to the campus in 1991, was asked if he could enlist American
sponsors to give some financial support for the more than 250
"at
risk"
children on the campus.
Today, Stromfeld, at age 90, is still recruiting families for our "save the child" program. As a volunteer director, he and his small board of directors, have to date produced over $1,500,000 to give Neve Michael children a fine home, sustenance, a good Jewish education, and lots of tender loving care.
